So, last week (my last week of the first year of school!) we took a class entitled "Medieval Heritage of Budapest." Which, on paper sounds really interesting. In reality it was incredibly interesting - as it was a walking tour of the city, with an emphasis on the Medieval aspects of the city you can still see (or not see, in most cases) today. Instead of telling you too much up front, let's have a little photo-tour, shall we?

I really love the bright colors of this place.
It's really hard for me to believe that I'm leaving here in just over a week (June 23). But it's also nice to know that I'm coming back at the end of the summer as well. Though the winters are cold and grey, the springs are rainy and temperamental, this city still has me in awe.
The architecture is simply amazing. You are so blessed to be there!
